SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Each order is subject to prior verification of product availability and will be delivered free of charge in 4-5 working days from confirmation of availability.
The delivery times indicated must be considered as indicative and a delay, or any delivery made with subsequent split shipments, does not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or indemnity.
The delivery status can be checked at any time using the tracking number provided.
With regard to deliveries in countries outside the European Union, any import customs fees will be borne by the recipient. The Customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to check the costs and any import limits.
The O B L Ō S online store offers the possibility to return paying the pertinent courier costs, every item purchased within 14 days from the delivery date. The purchased product must be returned new, unused and provided with all labels and tags. Returns that are damaged, stained or altered will be refused and returned to the customer. Packaging, original box, protective bag, certificates of authenticity, if present, must also be included in the return, otherwise the return will be canceled.
O B L Ō S will not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss occurring during or in any case depending on the return shipment. In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the purchased product will be returned to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender and, if already reimbursed, the price of the product.
Our warehouse center can take up to 7 working days to verify and process the return, when it is authorized you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be made using the same credit/debit card or original account with which you made your initial payment and the time required for crediting your bank statement can vary up to a maximum of 15 days depending on your bank. In some periods of the year or for reasons of force majeure, the timing of verification and processing of the return may be longer. The person who originally purchased the product will receive the refund also when it is was a gift. In the return you must enter all the travel documents that you have received within the package delivered. The return can only be made once and if the purchased product cannot be replaced, only a fullrefund of the original purchase will be made.
